- The plasticization of materials will cause tiny pellets and powders during processing and transmission. When it is delivered in the pipes, the static electricity generated by the collision between materials and pipe walls will cause powers to be attached on pellets. This will affect the injection/extrusion quality. Therefore, the de-powder machine is needed to separate powders from pellets.
- Handles powder issues efficiently, especially for PC and PMMA material or centralized grinding system.
- All materials are of SUS304
- The physics of de-powder machine is by utilizing of the air generated from fans. When the wind goes through the static electricity bar it causes positive electricity. By using the attraction between positive and negative ions, the machine separate powders from the materials, and then utilizes compressed air to do further separation. The cleaned materials will be ejected to the exit and the powdered air will be collected in the collection can.
- It can process 50 Kg/hr to 2,500 Kg/hr, making it suitable for injection molding machines, extrusion lines,pellet making machines,and blown film machines.
- Dust collector is included.
